Siegfried Brugger
Born in 1953. Studied law at the University of Innsbruck (Austria) and in Padua and Rome (Italy). He received his PhD in Rome in 1977 with a thesis on economic, labour and European law. A professional lawyer since 1979, he is authorised to plead cases in the highest legal institutions and is a member of the Vienna bar association (Austria). He successfully passed the state accountant examination and is a member of the chamber of arbitration of the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce.
He is a member of the Italian Parliament since 1994. |

Christoph Perathoner LL.M. (Eur. Law)
Born in 1973. His studies focused on legal, economic-political science and history. In 2002 he earned the title of Akademischer-Europarechtsexperte (expert in Community law) and received a Masters in European Law in 2003. He has been working as a professional attorney since 2002.
